Job Description:

  • Design the architecture of Salesforce systems for large and complex projects.
  • Consult and propose suitable technology solutions based on customer business requirements.
  • Evaluate and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical solutions on Salesforce.
  • Establish best practices and development standards for technical teams.
  • Lead technical teams in implementing and optimizing Salesforce systems.
  • Participate directly in presales activities: demonstration and solution consulting for potential clients.
  • Design and integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, other CRMs, internal systems, etc.).
  • Manage risks and control solution quality throughout the implementation process.
  • Train and develop the professional capabilities of team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and designing Salesforce-based solutions.
  • At least 2 years in a solution architect or equivalent senior-level role.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications or other relevant certificates are a strong advantage (Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, etc.).
  • Proficient in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component, LWC, REST/SOAP API, Integration Patterns.
  • Experienced in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
  • In-depth understanding of software development processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills (working with international clients).
  • Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Logical thinking, proactive and highly responsible at work.
