The **F&B Sales & Events Executive** supports the Manager in **driving F&B sales**, **upselling incremental revenue post-contract**, and **executing all events with full ownership of BEOs and Group Resumes**.

This is a **hands-on role**, requiring the Executive to **meet guests upon arrival**, act as their primary contact, and ensure **smooth operational execution**. The role also involves actively promoting **special F&B promotions** and assisting with **e-menu development** in collaboration with the Culinary, Marcom, and E-commerce Teams.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Upselling & Revenue Generation**
- Drive **incremental revenue post-contract** (menu upgrades, beverage packages, décor, AV).
- Actively sell venue promotions (Villa BBQs, Tomahawk Promotions, festive packages).

**BEO & Group Resumes (Full Ownership)**
- Draft and update BEOs and Group Resumes; ensure accuracy before finalization.
- Attend **pre-event briefings** and ensure **on-site presence during events**.

**Guest Interaction & Event Operations**
- **Meet guests upon arrival** and act as their main contact throughout the event.
- Ensure smooth execution and address guest concerns promptly.

**Collaboration & e-Menu Support**
- Work with Culinary & Marcom to develop **e-menus** for promotions.
- Support E-commerce campaigns for online booking and QR ordering.

**Sales Force Application (SFA)**
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contracts, and incremental revenue in **SFA**.

**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES**

**Education**:

- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years in F&B Sales or Events.

**Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with **Sales Force Application (SFA)**.
- Basic knowledge of **e-menu preparation and digital promotions**.

**Core Competencies**:

- Strong communication, upselling, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on, guest-focused approach.

- **Internal**: Culinary Team, Banquets, Service, F&B Marcom, E-commerce, Finance.
