Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm tìm hiểu và nghiên cứu thị trường online: phần mềm thống kê, các công cụ phân tích dữ liệu, phân tích website..
Nhạy bén về sự biến đổi của thị trường mục tiêu, bắt kịp các xu hướng (đặc biệt là GenZ)
Có kiến thức nền tảng về kinh doanh, marketing, tin học là 1 lợi thế.
IV. QUYỀN LỢI
**Lương, thưởng**:
Lương thỏa thuận theo năng lực (Lương cứng + thưởng hiệu quả công việc)
Chế độ thưởng tháng lương thứ 13, chế BHXH-BHYT, 12 ngày phép 1 năm, du lịch trong và ngoài nước, và các chế độ khác theo quy định của pháp luật.
