**What We’re Looking For**
We are seeking dynamic, driven individuals to join our team as full-time **Research Analyst**working at our office in Hanoi. This is your chance to contribute to transformative projects and build a rewarding career in research and development.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Research Analyst, you will:

- Develop high-quality research and consultancy project proposals;
- Collaborate with project teams to design and execute research and consultancy projects across various sectors;
- Design robust survey instruments, research tools, and methodologies tailored to each research project.
- Coordinate and participate in fieldwork activities, ensuring high-quality data collection in alignment with project goals;
- Analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data and write/contribute to research reports, presentations, and policy briefs that effectively communicate findings to various audience groups.
- Stay updated on the latest research trends, methodologies, and practices in the field.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill administrative and financial procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by line managers to support the success of the institute’s objectives.

**Who You Are**
To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Master Degree in Economics, Social Sciences or a related field;
- Having at least one-year experience in the field of development;
- Excellent writing and analytical skills;
- Strong problem-solving abilities;
- Effective communication in English and Vietnamese;
- A self-motivated and collaborative mindset;
- A passion for economic research and development work;
- Flexibility to adapt to tight deadlines and travel schedules across Vietnam for fieldwork.
