**Responsibilities**:

- **Startup Phase (October 2025-March 2026)**:_
- Assist in the establishment of the joint venture's operational system (office systems, financial processes, personnel recruitment, etc.).
- Conduct research and build a local supply chain network:
Equipment suppliers (coolers, AI kits, customized equipment, etc.)
Product suppliers (beverages, snacks, daily necessities, etc.)
Logistics and delivery service providers (warehousing, delivery, etc.)
Equipment maintenance service providers (technical support, spare parts supply, etc.)
- Design operational management processes: equipment launch process, product restocking process, troubleshooting and repair process, data monitoring process, etc.
- Assist in the localization testing of the AI system in Vietnam (payment integration, product recognition, user experience, etc.).
- **Operational Development Phase (Starting from April 2026)**:_
- Lead daily operations management.
- Establish and optimize the supply chain system: manage the central warehouse, coordinate a multi-level delivery network, negotiate procurement prices with suppliers, control product costs, optimize SKU combinations, and increase monthly sales per machine.
- Equipment maintenance management: monitor equipment operation status, respond quickly to failures, establish a spare parts library, manage the maintenance team or outsourced service providers, analyze equipment data, and optimize equipment configuration and product display.
- Data-driven operations: use the company's AI operation system to analyze sales data, inventory turnover, user behavior, etc., and develop restocking strategies, promotional strategies, and SKU optimization strategies.
- Generate operational reports to support business decisions. Build and train an operations team (expected team size of 100 people within 2-3 years, including warehousing, delivery, maintenance, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors in supply chain management, logistics management, operations management, etc.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), with good English skills is a plus.
- **Experience: Over 3 years of experience in operations or supply chain management.**:

- Background: One of the following backgrounds:
a) Operations in the chain retail industry(convenience stores, supermarkets, unmanned retail, etc.).
b) Operations of e-commerce or O2O platforms(warehousing, delivery, fulfillment, etc.).
c) Operations of vending machines or smart retail equipment.
d) Fast-moving consumer goods supply chain or logistics management.

**Preferred Conditions**:

- Possess local Vietnamese retail supply chain resources (suppliers, logistics providers, etc.)
- Experience in startups or building operational systems from scratch.
- Team management experience.
- Familiarity with data analysis and operational optimization methods.

**Benefits**:

- **Work Location**: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, with travel within Vietnam covered.
- **Base Salary**: 7000-10000 RMB/month (24M-37M/Month), open to negotiate
- **Performance Bonus**:Annual bonus equivalent to 2-4 months' salary based on performance.
- **Working Hours**: 6 days/week.

Pay: 24,000,000₫ - 37,000,000₫ per month
