**Responsibilities**:
BPS Manager is responsible for managing and delivering comprehensive accounting, tax, and payroll services to a portfolio of clients. This role involves overseeing client engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic financial advice. The manager will lead a team of professionals and work closely with clients to meet their financial and operational needs.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand their business needs and provide tailored accounting, tax, and payroll solutions.
- Accounting Services: Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing processes. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Tax Compliance Services: Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting for clients. Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and adherence to tax regulations.
- Payroll Services: Oversee payroll processing for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. Address and resolve payroll-related issues.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of accounting, tax, and payroll professionals. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting, tax, and payroll regulations. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Implement best practices in accounting, tax, and payroll management.
- Business Development: Assist in business development activities, including client proposals and presentations. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications/Skills
- Education:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Chief Accountant Certificate, CPA/APC VN or equivalent certification preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, tax, and payroll management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in an outsourced services environment preferred.
- Skills:_
- Strong knowledge of VAS, US GAAP/ IFRS, tax laws, and payroll regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting and payroll software.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and client relationship management skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
