JOB PURPOSE:

- Overseeing the daily operations of Maison Marou, Marou Station, Marou Coffee. This position will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
- Ensuring our staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIE:
Operation management:

- Assist General Manager in managing daily operations of food and beverage department.
- Assist in hiring, training and disciplining employees to achieve departmental objectives.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Analyze expenditures and revenues and accordingly develop profit and loss statements for management.
- Ensure that staffs follow standard operating procedures for operational efficiency.
- Conduct team meetings to discuss about ongoing issues and recommendations.
- Investigate accidents and breakages within the department and recommend corrective actions.
- Establish and enforce standards for food and beverage quality.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity
- Ensure that facility is maintained clean, safe and organized
- Assist in inventory management and cost control activities while maintaining high quality
- Ensure all retail displays, retail shelves and workspace always in high standard, and that orders are timely and accurate.

Customer Experience:

- Analyze guest concerns and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide outstanding customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively develop ideas to improve visitor experiences more authentic, thoughtful that lead to a deeper connection with bean-to-bar chocolate.
- Develop retail and café experiences that cater to each location’s unique visitors and needs.

Team management:

- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
- Educate staffs on health department guidelines and safety and sanitation programs.
- Manage HR, QHSE procedure for staff.

Social, environment accountability & Other:

- Training team in social and environmental issues material to our company or its mission
- Incorporate explicitly social and environmental performance with department operation
- Review performance formally incorporate social and environmental issues
- Other tasks assigned by General Manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- University/College
- 5 - 10 years in related position
- Experience in hospitality or F&B chain (at least 5 outlet)
- Experience in supervise, manage, develop team
- Excellence English
- Strong Leadership
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
- Perfectionist, Careful
- Customer oriented, premium communication
- Good knowledge about MOS, computer science.
