This is a critical role that goes beyond routine operations. You will be instrumental in Zalo's ongoing entity restructuring process. The position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking to define the approach and, more importantly, strong execution skills and cross-functional coordination to ensure these complex changes are implemented effectively and on time.

What you will do
  • Work closely with the COO and other key executive team members to create, implement, and roll out plans for the entity restructuring process.
  • Actively participate in and drive key activities related to the company's entity restructuring.
  • Develop and propose the strategic approach and methodology for the restructuring process.
  • Plan on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation programs;
  • Establish detailed action plans and coordinate with various stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Operations, etc.) to execute transformation initiatives efficiently and on schedule.
  • Manage risks and potential challenges arising during the transition, proposing timely mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure structural and financial compliance and alignment post-restructuring
What you will need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA from a top business school strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of organizational financial structures, cash-flow mechanisms, and cost allocation.
  • Proven track record in internal operations with significant exposure to financial processes or complex cross-functional execution.
  • Experience in M&A, restructuring, or investment environments (PE/VC): understanding of post-deal integration, entity separation, and organizational design is highly valued.
  • Hands-on execution capability: demonstrated ownership in driving implementation, not only planning or advisory.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; able to simplify complexity, influence senior stakeholders, and work effectively across functions with adaptability, responsibility, and a positive, proactive mindset.
