**The Team and Role**:
The TSE Technical Manager is responsible for providing expertise in tooling, molding, and mechanical design.

- Participates in NPI from product design review to Tooling DFM finalization; provides expertise in tooling, molding, and mechanical design.
- Tooling design review with ME and suppliers to ensure the tooling structure and MP stability.
- Contribution to tooling structure optimization, including tooling layout design, hot-runner design, tooling texture, tooling material selection, and lead time negotiation.

**Key Qualifications**:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

- New 2nd tooling development and qualification
- MP tooling sustaining and troubleshooting
- Support production line on abnormal issues solving
- Do routine audits for mechanical parts suppliers in Vietnam
