**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position: Food R&D Executive **

Unit: Innovation

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Report to: R&D Manager

group.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop products and create lab samples based on project requirements from sales and new

product ideas derived from Innovation Hub's market research.
- Participate in and support research, consult on formulas, and manufacturing processes for new

product development projects for clients.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop projects and provide regular reports to suppliers and

management.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding sample-related issues, documentation, and customer

feedback.
- Conduct in-house training on technical/product aspects.

**Qualifications**
- University Graduate majoring in Food technology or related fields.
- 3 years of technical experience in the Food ingredients industry.
- English proficiency.
- Strong teamwork and personnel management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
