**Job Overview**
- FPT Software seeks a **Technical Presales** with proven high-level expertise in driving SaaS Solutions using ServiceNow.

**Responsibilities**

**Client Engagement**:

- Lead clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Listen to client needs and consult/design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, demonstrating business value and innovation.

**Solution Design and Delivery**:

- Develop and maintain project plans, estimates, and timelines for solution implementation.
- Build proofs of concept to demonstrate capabilities and gain client buy-in.

**Program Leadership**:

- Serve as a program liaison, handling escalations, and acting as the delivery lead for a consolidation program includes multiple concurrent projects from multiple vendors.
- Oversee project management, including Agile project management practices, ensuring successful project execution.
- Task development efforts, conduct code reviews, and lead offshore development teams.

**Business Development and Strategy**:

- Strategize with company leadership to identify growth opportunities and client needs.
- Support pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and solution envisioning, to drive new business opportunities.

**Mentorship and Collaboration**:

- Support junior and mid-level team members by sharing resources, mentoring, and providing technical guidance.
- Promote a collaborative team culture to deliver innovative solutions and simplify business processes.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and product updates and educate the team on advancements.
- Manage solutions, maintaining clarity for stakeholders and technical teams.

**Job Qualifications**

**Basic Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
- Expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS), UI policies, ACLs, workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Proven ability to architect scalable ServiceNow solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow licensing structures and optimization strategies.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow roles, security, and permissions.
- Experience automating business processes with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or custom API integrations.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Studio, Application Portfolio Management, and CMDB architecture.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional client management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Certifications in ServiceNow, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

**Nice to have**:

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow licensing, including how to assess, optimize, and manage licensing structures to maximize value.
- ServiceNow CTA or CMA certified
