This vacancy is for someone who understands the value of digital influence or a digital influencer themselves. Whether on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok or other platforms, you will create relationships with content creators and work with them from negotiation to posting and analyzing the impact of the campaign.

You will test new ideas, manage your own projects and budgets, always looking for new ways to grow the number of Cambly students. You will use your analytical skills daily by analyzing results of your initiatives, learning from each action and generating new hypotheses to be tested.

We look for intelligent, proactive people who have empathy and natural pleasure in working in a collaborative way. An interest in technology, innovation and startups with fast growth and constant change is fundamental.

Cambly believes in hiring exceptional people who manage themselves and learn quickly. This is especially true in a new market where the specialist will work alone part of the time and will sometimes have to be self-taught. So a high novel of responsibility and commitment is needed.

**REQUIRE ADVANCED ENGLISH (verbal & written)**: English is used daily in contact across different marketing, product, operation and support teams globally at Cambly.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategy (evergreen and seasonal campaigns)
2. Identify and manage relationships with relevant influencers across different social media platforms.
3. Curate and develop content ideas, prepare creative approaches to work with influencers to deliver the required objectives.
4. Research and keep up with the latest trends on different media channels.
5. Experiment and leverage new emerging channels and opportunities to accelerate growth
6. Measure campaign performance based on KPIs (such as CAC, LTV).
7. Liaising with other team members to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different marketing and customer support channels.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 2 years of working experience with influencers (KOLs) targeting Vietnam market
2. Knowledge of digital marketing
3. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and project management skills
4. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
5. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or other related field.
6. Based in Ho Chi Minh City (hybrid)
