The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Lead and support projects for the SBS Fulfillment team - reporting to a Team Lead or Project Manager; projects range in scope, involving daily Warehouse and planning operations:

- Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities
- Develop and propose project plans and schedule
- Coordinate implementation
- Track results, escalate issues
- Present the project narrative
- Learn the business; develop your skills; engage with other teams and verticals

**Requirements**:

- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking - identify the root cause of various business issues; recognize how these issues relate to our goals, recommend effective solutions
- Fast to Action - Drive actions and results on projects; looks for short-term wins in parallel with long-term ones, doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Strong Analytical Abilities - Seeks data-driven recommendations; can identify the insights from raw data, and can speak clearly to their findings
- Strong Communication skills - effectively convey the progress, opportunities, gaps, and concerns of projects to SBS leadership

Minimum Required Background:_**
- 2-4 years working experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in English
- Warehousing & Supply Chain background; understanding of WMS
- Hardworking, willing to travel flexible to work with WH (key stakeholders)
- Data analysis
