- **Location**: Hoang Mai, Hanoi
- **Working Hours**: Monday + two Saturday per month (8:00 AM to 5:40 PM) (flexible to align with the US sales team's schedule).

**Responsibilities**
- **Clarify technical requirements**: Receive and analyze order requests from the sales team, ensuring all technical specifications are clear and accurate before handing them over to the production department.
- **Track and coordinate orders**: Monitor the entire order process from start to finish, regularly updating the sales team on progress and resolving any issues that arise to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Support with quotations**: Compile information, calculate costs, and prepare detailed price quotes for the sales team, helping them provide competitive and accurate pricing to customers.
- **Assist the sales team**: Provide administrative and other operational support, allowing the sales team to focus on sales without worrying about internal processes or production-related issues.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales within the US market or project sales in the Vietnamese market, particularly in sectors like lighting solutions, electronics, construction materials or related
- Proficiency in English (for working with the US sales team).
