Your responsibilities as a Data Engineer will be to:

- Work with stakeholders to understand the business requirements for the data warehouse
- Design and implement a data warehouse that meets these requirements and leverages best practices for transactional efficiency and future utility
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to load data into the data warehouse from a variety of sources
- Optimize the data warehouse for performance and scalability
- Ensure the quality and reliability of data in the data warehouse
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to provide them with access to the data they need to do their work

**WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- +3 years of proven experience as a Data Engineer, or in a similar role
- Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels in English
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in designing and building data warehouses
- Technical expertise in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python)
- Hands-on experience with SQL database design
- Experience with designing and building Airflow pipelines
- Great numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Great attention to detail
- Organizational skills

Great if you also have:

- Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP services
- Experience in advertising and amiliarity with digital media platforms (DV360, Google Ads, The Trade Desk etc )
