1. Project Coordination & Support
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.
- Help manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure work progresses smoothly.

2. Budget & Cost Management
- Track project costs and help maintain budgets.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and change orders.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials.

3. Compliance & Documentation
- Proceed all payments to suppliers/contractors to catch the timeline of all projects.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, RFIs, and change orders.
- Prepare reports and updates for project manager and stakeholders.

4. Site Oversight & Quality Control
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues.
- Assist in enforcing safety protocols and quality standards.
- Work with field teams to address construction challenges and delays.

5. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Communicate project updates and resolve minor issues before escalating.
- Participate in meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
- Additional tasks may be required following business needs
- Qualifications:

- Graduated from a college, preferably in related fields.
- Knowledge:

- Basic knowledge of the refrigeration system in retail stores.
- Experience:

- At least 2-4 years of experience in tasks related to interior construction and payment document management.
- Skills/Abilities:

- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD.
- Proactive, honest, and hardworking.
- Willing to travel for work, work night shifts, and handle emergency situations.
