We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Credit Control Services, Operations Support Assistant (GCB8)

Summary of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Produce and provide Collections MI
- Provide Collections system support
- To support and work with internal stakeholders (Audit, FCC, Finance, Compliance, Administration ) in internal processing and reporting and with Regional Collections System Support for other systems support, enhancementto be ensure all system operate smoothly;
- To provide policy, procedure, process, guidance, Collections system and other Collections training for Collections team
- Other assignment are as line manger requests:

- Project handling for Collections or site requirements
- Support training requirements for new and existing collectors
- Control and compliance
- Maintain HSBC control standards and follow Group Compliance Policy to minimize operational risk by:

- Remaining compliant with and ensures awareness of Audit and Group requirements and other internal guidelines
- Ensuring strict compliance with government banking regulations
- Timely implementing internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
Qualifications
Knowledge/Special Skills Requirements
- IT knowledge (colleague level) or SQL, SAS Coding is preferrable.
- Communication skill.
- Basic knowledge in Retail product: credit card and lending, and Collections operations.
