- Cập nhật nội dung mới, sửa lỗi định kỳ và cải thiện trải nghiệm người dùng.

**2. YÊU CẦU**:
Chuyên môn, Kỹ năng, kinh nghiệm:

- Level Senior. Có kinh nghiệm trong việc phát triển game sử dụng Golang là lợi thế.
- Biết PHP, Mysql là lợi thế (gmtool code PHP).
- Từng làm việc với game server là lợi thế.
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai sản phẩm trên Linux.
- Kiến thức vững chắc về phát triển backend.
- Khả năng tối ưu hóa hiệu suất game cho các nền tảng khác nhau.
- Hiểu biết về các phương pháp phát triển linh hoạt (Agile /Scrum) để tăng cường sự hợp tác và hiệu quả trong nhóm.
- Khả năng sử dụng thành thạo Golang, luồng làm việc rõ ràng, hiệu quả để dễ maintain và quản lý.
- Khả năng nhanh chóng xác định và giải quyết vấn đề về kỹ thuật phức tạp.
- Biết sắp xếp ưu tiên trong công việc để đảm bảo tiến độ.
- Nắm được công việc của các bộ phận khác, đưa ra tư vấn, yêu cầu rõ ràng để đảm bảo chuyển giao công việc giưã các bộ phận hợp lí.

Kỹ năng mềm:

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp truyền đạt thông tin.
- Khả năng làm việc nhóm tốt, chủ động, quyết đoán trong công việc.
- Khả năng sáng tạo xử lý các thách thức trong quá trình phát triển game.
- Chia sẻ hỗ trợ công việc với các bộ phận khác để giảm tải lượng công việc trong quá trình sản xuất
