**Job Summary**:
**What you will do**:
As a Shift Leader, you will:

- Be responsible for the operation of production line with standard KPIs.
- Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
- Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production line
- Include and implement WCM Activities in the process and lead continuous improvement team

**We believe you have**:

- At least 3 years experience. Experience in WCM/Maintenance/Quality is preferred.
- Solid Base in WCM/TPM
