Mould Maintenance Technician

**Core Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm chính**:

- Maintain LEGO Moulds in proper conditions to guarantee a reliable production output.
- _Bảo trì khuôn LEGO trong điều kiện thích hợp để đảm bảo đầu ra sản xuất ổn định. _
- Perform preventive maintenance to Moulds based on daily planning log and priorities for systematic cleaning and end of order.
- _Thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa cho khuôn theo kế hoạch hàng ngày và thứ tự ưu tiên để làm sạch hệ thống và kết thúc đơn hàng. _
- Preventive cleaning to arrival Moulds.
- _Làm sạch phòng ngừa cho các khuôn mới đến. _
- Mould storage in the correct rack, scan location and system update.
- _Lưu trữ khuôn đúng giá kệ, quét vị trí và cập nhật hệ thống. _
- Report immediately to shift leader or any colleague with higher skills any problem detected in the mould during the preventive maintenance process.
- _Báo cáo ngay cho trưởng ca hoặc đồng nghiệp có kỹ năng cao hơn về bất kỳ vấn đề nào phát hiện trong quá trình bảo trì phòng ngừa khuôn. _
- Troubleshooting of minor problems with Moulds running in production.
- _Xử lý sự cố nhỏ với các khuôn đang vận hành trong sản xuất. _
- Open and close orders in MaintainIT registering accurate man time related to the work performed.
- _Mở và đóng đơn hàng trong hệ thống MaintainIT, ghi nhận chính xác thời gian thực hiện công việc. _
- Quality: High focus on First Time Through, do it right the first time.
- _Chất lượng: Tập trung cao vào tỷ lệ hoàn thành ngay lần đầu, làm đúng ngay từ đầu. _
- Learning: In everyday basis, different types of Moulds, components, platforms, problem solving.
- _Học hỏi: Hàng ngày tiếp cận với các loại khuôn khác nhau, linh kiện, nền tảng, và giải quyết vấn đề. _
- Caring: Support the company’s priorities by caring about his/her safety and also caring about team mates.
- _Quan tâm: Hỗ trợ các ưu tiên của công ty bằng cách quan tâm đến an toàn của bản thân và đồng đội. _
- 5S to work station and rest of the Mould Maintenance areas.
- Thực hiện 5S tại khu vực làm việc và khu vực bảo trì khuôn.

**Do you have what it takes? / Yêu cầu công việc**:

- _Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong công ty nhựa hoặc sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp ra trường. _
- Degree in engineering mechanical is a plus.
- _Có bằng kỹ sư cơ khí là một lợi thế. _
- Soft skills (communication, feedback, organization, systematic approach).
- _Kỹ năng mềm (giao tiếp, phản hồi, tổ chức, tiếp cận có hệ thống). _
- Process thinking.
- _Tư duy theo quy trình. _
- Problem Solving.
- _Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề. _
- Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs).
- _Sẵn sàng đi công tác (thỉnh thoảng, theo nhu cầu công việc). _
- Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed).
- _Linh hoạt về thời gian (đôi khi cần hỗ trợ ca làm việc cuối tuần). _
- Able to communicate in English.
- _Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh. _
