**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Financial Data Analyst** to join our Strategy & Innovations team. This role supports company-wide transformation initiatives, investment opportunity evaluations and data-driven tracking of performance across business units. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate insights that inform strategic and operational decisions for Senior Leadership Team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- 1. Analytics & Performance Tracking_
- Conduct financial and data analysis to evaluate performance across business units, key projects, and initiatives
- Build and maintain financial models and dashboards to monitor KPIs, ROI, productivity, or other performancemetrics
- Develop standardized frameworks for performance tracking and reporting to support data-driven decision-making

- 2. Research & Insights Development_
- Conduct research and prepare analytical reports to provide insights that support strategic planning, investment evaluation, and business reviews
- Identify trends and highlight areas for improvement or optimization across transformation and expansion initiatives

- 3. Cross-functional Coordination & Support_
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams( Product, Finance, IT, Operations, etc.) to gather, structure, and analyzedata
- Assist with tracking implementation and outcomes of organization-wide transformation activities

**Yêu cầu**:

- **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or related roles
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, VBA, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Keen interest in Technology or Gaming is a plus
