JOB SUMMARY:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Resolve tenant inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Co-ordinate with Facilities Management team on handover and takeover of the leased units to ensure compliance with Development Guidelines and quality of the leased units.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth business operation and to satisfy tenants in daily operation.
- Maintain close communication with leasing team to address daily needs, special requests from the tenants and leasing issues.
- Maintain respective documentation of tenant-related documents, handover/ takeover minutes and other communication with tenants.
- Frequently conduct site visit if needed in daily operations.
- Perform other related duties as requested.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related fields.
- 1 to 2-year of experience in Customer Service or Hospitality.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and Vietnamese. English would be a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Professional customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Well organization & time management.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Mature, patient, attentive, detail-oriented, dynamic and proactive.
- Based in Hanoi and Hung Yen (KCN VTK) and travel as required.
