**Main responsibilities**:
Develop experiences for Provision Partnerships
- Develop compelling roadmap and manage the implementation of Provision Proposition
- Take lead in evaluating/onboarding new Online to Offline Partnerships to enrich Provision Ecosystem and manage existing partner relationships
- Analyzing financial statements to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
- Developing strategic plans with partners and review the contract terms ensure compliance with legal requirements

Develop Health Product Proposition
- Work with Product Team to define roadmap for new Health Product, to provide customer - centric value proposition and good customer experiences and to ensure optimal performance.
- Carry out customer research, focus groups on a frequent basis to validate Provision concept and finalize the compelling proposition
- Work collaboratively on go-to-market plan to ensure successful product launch
- Drive campaign to engage customers and distributions

**Requirements**:

- Education: BA degree/MBA/ Diploma in business/ management or actuary
- Minimum of 5-6 year working experience in business development; experience with Health & Wellness proposition or Hospitality industry would be preferred
- Creativity, Analytical, Organizational skills
- Excellent Communicator with strong networking ability
