- **Lixibox** is a full-stack one-stop omnichannel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.
- **I. RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Order Follow-up**:

- Monitor the completion of orders till shipment.
- Anticipate, solve and escalate problems during order processing- **Coordination**:

- Work together with the team members to achieve common goals.
- Coordinate with team members and internal departments for relevant issues or changes.
- Escalate the issues or problems to his/her manager/superior- **Supporting the Team**:

- Assist the team in sourcing, offering, order follow up and any other merchandising activities.
- Handle product sample labeling, packing, storage, and delivery.
- Arrange product samples in showrooms.
- Generate reports as per request from team- **II. REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business administrative, purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management
- Attention to detailFluent in English (4 skills), second language is a plus.
- Strong presentation design aesthetics with a keen eye for layout, color, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills (Excel / Word/Powerpoint )- **III. RECRUITMENT PROCESS**: (1 round)
