**Cash and Trade Processing staff **role is a position within Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Operations unit. VN TTS Operations key responsibility is payments execution for Citibank’s corporate clients. Fund transfer transaction processing (domestic & cross border payments), Trade services & Trade finance transaction processing & Regulatory monitoring and reporting. The role requires intimate knowledge of processing platforms, payments products, Electronic Banking interfaces and SBV’ regulatory requirements. It is critical that the incumbent possesses a mastery of processing systems and electronic banking interfaces. **Responsibilities**: - This position will have a responsibility of supporting operations process under Fund transfer transaction processing (domestic & cross border payments), Trade services & Trade finance transaction processing & Regulatory monitoring and reporting. - Responsible for executing the day-to-day TTS ops’ transaction processing activities. - Escalate for any identification of potential operational gaps. Ensure a pristine control environment and recommend processing improvement ideas - Ensure compliance with global and regional functional policies, procedures and programs relating to operations. Identification and implementation of control initiatives which add value and enhance performance. - Maintain excellent relationships with relevant stakeholders. - Understand new technical and regulatory requirements - Proven teamwork skills - Having knowledge of TTS Products would be a distinct advantage. **Qualifications**: - Strong operations experience - Have the ability to get things done - quickly and effectively - Be someone with a proven track record of making a difference - Have successfully led through adversity - Be demonstrably self-aware - Good Excel, Word, PowerPoint **Skills**: - Strong negotiation and influencing skills - Problem solving ability - Analytical skills and experience in process improvement/re-engineering - Inclination to understand technology setup of the processing would be an added advantage **Education**: - Bachelor degree, preferably major in Business, Finance, Operations Management This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
