- Check customs declaration, delivery note, mapping and filing supporting documents
- Do monthly sales report
- Follow scrap process, record data and analysis ratio of each kind of scrap
- Calculate and setup standard cost for tooling, record tooling items into QAD system
- Maintain standard cost for new item, new tool, purchasing price
- FCT (Foreign Contractor Tax) calculation, declaration and payment, submit PIT (Personal Income Tax)
- Banking documents filing
- Check invoices, customs declaration from suppliers
- Update payment following up file, scan and request booking invoices to AP team
- Check/mapping/filing finance documents
- Check CIP and complete FA list. Perform annual count and reporting on fixed assets
- Physical count every year and tag FA, do stock count sheet report
- Collect, check and filing Concur claims
- Maintain contracts retention/filing
- Collection of invoices from suppliers w.r.t monthly accrual
- Tooling cost information for month end (to work with cost accountant) and blackline purpose (reconcile balances and send the information monthly)
- Participate in adhoc finance related projects in accordance with company direction
