**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Livestream Hosting**: Host regular livestreams on Shopee, TikTokShop, and Lazada for both ongoing business (BAU) and special campaigns, driving engagement and promoting products effectively.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and produce short-form videos for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- **Audience Engagement**: Interact with live viewers, answer questions, and encourage participation during live streams to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- **Cross-Platform Presence**: Ensure high-quality livestream content is consistent across all key platforms, adapting messaging and style to suit each audience.
- **Campaign Management**: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare content and execute livestreams for major campaigns and promotions.
- **Technical Setup & Execution**: Manage the setup of livestream equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth execution of all live sessions.
- **Performance Tracking**: Analyze livestream performance, track viewer engagement, and recommend strategies for improvement based on data insights.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align content with business objectives and brand strategies.
- **Creative Development**: Take ownership of the ideation and development of new content ideas, both for livestreams and short video formats.

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: Previous experience in hosting livestreams, especially on Shopee, TikTokShop, and Lazada platforms. Experience in content creation for social media is a strong advantage.
- **On-Camera Confidence**: Charismatic and engaging on-camera presence, with the ability to keep viewers interested and entertained.
- **Content Creation Skills**: Experience in producing short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with a focus on creativity and storytelling is an advantage.
- **Platform Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of livestreaming on eCommerce platforms like Shopee, TikTokShop, and Lazada, including their unique audience engagement strategies.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with live streaming equipment and platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the spot.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to handle live situations confidently, adjusting quickly to unexpected challenges or questions.
- **Creative & Initiative**: Proactive in suggesting new ideas to improve livestreams and short-form content, staying ahead of trends in both eCommerce and social media.

- **Dẫn chương trình Livestream**: Thực hiện các buổi livestream thường xuyên trên Shopee, Tik Tok Shop và Lazada cho cả hoạt động kinh doanh hàng ngày (BAU) và các chiến dịch đặc biệt, nhằm tăng cường tương tác và quảng bá sản phẩm hiệu quả.
- **Tạo nội dung**: Phát triển và sản xuất các video ngắn cho các nền tảng mạng xã hội (như TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) phù hợp với thông điệp thương hiệu và mục tiêu tiếp thị.
- **Tương tác với khán giả**: Tương tác với khán giả trực tiếp, trả lời câu hỏi và khuyến khích sự tham gia để tăng cường tương tác và tỷ lệ chuyển đổi.
- **Phát triển nội dung trên nhiều nền tảng**: Đảm bảo chất lượng livestream nhất quán trên tất cả các nền tảng chính, điều chỉnh thông điệp và phong cách phù hợp với từng đối tượng khán giả.
- **Quản lý chiến dịch**: Phối hợp với các đội ngũ nội bộ để chuẩn bị nội dung và thực hiện các buổi livestream cho các chiến dịch và chương trình khuyến mãi lớn.
- **Thiết lập và thực hiện kỹ thuật**: Quản lý thiết bị livestream, khắc phục sự cố kỹ thuật và đảm bảo mọi buổi phát sóng diễn ra suôn sẻ.
- **Theo dõi hiệu suất**: Phân tích hiệu suất của livestream, theo dõi sự tham gia của khán giả và đưa ra các khuyến nghị để cải thiện dựa trên số liệu.
- **Hợp tác**:
