**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Supervise and train service staff to ensure consistent service standards and professional performance.
Handle guest concerns and issues during the shift, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
Facilitate effective coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.
Manage staff scheduling and shift planning to optimize team productivity.
Support the planning and execution of special events, wine pairing dinners, and other premium dining experiences.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a fine dining restaurant or 5-star hotel
College or university degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or related fields
Good communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and team management skills
Professional demeanor, with the ability to listen, support, and lead the team effectively
