You will act in a combined role as Head of Compliance for the ASEAN Region, as well as Compliance Officer for Vietnam and Singapore, and can be based either in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.

**You’ll make an impact by**
- Being a proactive sparring partner to the business in a rapidly changing business environment and the context of newly defined business models, go-to-market approaches, and digitalization.
- Developing and executing future-oriented Compliance Risk Management for the business in its ecosystem context.
- Monitoring implemented compliance standards and ensuring continuous improvement of developed solutions to drive process and cost efficiency.
- Contributing to content and formats to create an inclusive movement around Ethics within Compliance and Siemens and act as a moderator and enabler.
- Managing and developing a team of Compliance Professionals, with a focus on the development of a close connection to the global Compliance network, agile collaboration, and innovation across the organization.
- Maintaining and building trustful stakeholder relationships (internal and external).

**Your defining qualities**
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Technology or Industrial Sector, with experience in managerial roles and a proven change management record.
- Degree in Law will be advantageous
- Broad understanding of different business models, go-to-market approaches and business processes including support functions.
- Strong understanding of Compliance activity fields, e.g. Anti-Corruption / Anti-Trust / Data Privacy / Export Control / Human Rights / Anti Money Laundering
- Strong intercultural ethical leadership and excellent communication and collaboration skills, opening room for new collaboration models.
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking, ability to respond quickly to innovations and new developments.
- Strong set of ethical personal values that build the basis for own decision-making and the support of business, colleagues, and team members
