The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

1. Project Planning and Execution
- Take ownership of assigned projects within the Customer Service & Rider Excellence departments, ensuring end-to-end delivery from planning to execution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, establish governance structures, define roles & responsibilities, and drive execution.
- Monitor progress, track KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues to the Head of Department when necessary.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the main project lead, working closely with cross-functional teams (Operations: First Mile, Last Mile, Sorting, Linehaul; BI; Product; OPEX; BD ) to align initiatives with business priorities.
- Foster collaboration and communication to integrate Customer Service & Rider Excellence initiatives with overall organizational objectives.
- Provide structured, regular updates to senior management, including project status, progress reports, KPIs, and risk assessments.

3. Leadership & Impact
- Drive project teams (direct or matrix) to ensure accountability and ownership of deliverables.
- Champion service quality and rider/customer experience improvements through data-driven initiatives.
- Build scalable frameworks and best practices for project implementation across departments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service operations.
- 5+ years of industry experience with proven business impact
- Strong track record of delivering projects with measurable business impact.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of service level management, customer experience metrics, and logistics operations.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
