We are a company that operates Japanese restaurants.
Now, we are looking for a Chief accountant.
【Job Description】
- Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to safeguard the company's assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Report to the Board of Directors on the company's cash flow, payment lists, and earnings reports on the company's financial activities.
- Prepare and prepare documentation for company payments and invoices through the books of account
- Follow up and operate fixed assets, check and maintain monthly inventory
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable liabilities
- Negotiates with relevant companies on issues related to purchase orders, PR, VAT invoices, payment arrangements, etc.
- In cooperation with other departments, collect and verify sufficiency and legality of all invoices and accounting documents in order to comply with government regulations
- Manage all bookings in a fast accounting software (outsourced accounting services)
- Review and manage all reports submitted to the tax department, including VAT, CIT, PIT, and financial reports
- Compliance with Vietnamese laws on accounting and effective management of working capital
- Audit coordination: Cooperate with external auditors during financial audits. Audit Coordination: Cooperate with external auditors during financial audits, address audit findings and implement necessary improvements.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of all reports related to daily operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting documents. Completes all documents in accordance with government and company regulations.

＜Must＞
- Having 3 years of experience working as Chief Accountant in a Japanese company.
- Having a Chief accountant certificate.
- Japanese: N2 intermediate level or English: Intermediate level.
- PC skills(Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Proficiency in office informatics and accounting software such as MS Office
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment; ability to work under high pressure.
- Honest, self-motivated, discreet, and highly responsible.
- Familiarity with relevant current regulations.
