**The team**

Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is part of a 300 strong global delivery network, supporting Hitachi Digital Services around the globe. Our employees collaborate with teams in Japan, India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. From cloud migration to digital modernization and advanced analytics, offering operational excellence, agile delivery, and plenty of energy to work on huge transformation projects for our customers.

**The role**

The Japanese Speaking Project Manager should be adaptable to navigating complex project requirements and be prepared for occasional travel to Japan for client and stakeholder meetings. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project milestones, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

**What you'll bring**
- Proficient in software development project management.
- Agile knowledge and experience is mandatory.
- Possess excellent communication skills in Japanese, with a minimum of N2 level proficiency, although N1 is preferred.
- Have at least 4 years of experience in managing software development project, and at least 2 years of working experience with Japanese clients.
- Willing to learn/understanding the Energy domain.
- Good English is a plus.
- PMP Certificate is preferred.
