- Import Documentation Staff (Full-time or Partime are accepted)

1. Check If the cargo relates to get import license, import regulations, HS Code, any other requirements to import into Vietnam.

2. Prepare for quotations.

3. Handle Ocean and Air shipment from receiving shipping advice from agents to release DO or cargo delivery basis on incoterms.

4. Prepare debit notes.

5. Communicate with customers, suppliers, overseas branches / agents to handle the shipments.

6. Report your job progress to the Manager.

7. Visit customers and suppliers.

8. Perform any other duties that are assigned by the manager.

- At least 3 years experienced as import documentation staff at logistic company.
- Clear communication skill in English.
- Basic skills for excel and spreadsheet.
- Willingness to work for a Japanese company.
- Communication in Japanese: Preferred but not required.
