- Responsible for promoting & supporting Scrum by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, principles and values.
- Lead Agile development teams in the Scrum framework, ensuring task assignments, monitoring progress, and maintaining schedule adherence.
- Oversee task implementation, ensuring work meets quality standards and project requirements.
- Proactively assess project risks and issues; Plan to minimize/resolve risks and provide timely information and reporting to relevant parties
- Provide support for evaluating developer performance and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Eliminate obstacles that are blocking the team's progress and create a collaborative environment.
- Facilitate collaboration between teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure Scrum event take place, positive & productive within timebox.
- Maintain clear documentation of Scrum processes and outcomes.
- **Requirements**:_
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.
- Strong Agile expertise and familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of software development processes.
- Adaptability to fast-paced SaaS development.
- Demonstrated leadership and continuous learning mindset.
- Familiar with engineering best practices (e.g., CICD, automation) is preferred.
- Familiar with common tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Click-up, SonarQ is preferred.
- Experienced in training, coaching, mentoring different roles, e.g., Product Owner, Designer, Developer, Tester is a plus.
