Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor cryptocurrency markets, order books, and macro events to identify opportunities and manage risk.
- Execute trades across multiple exchanges with speed, accuracy, and discipline.
- Perform both quantitative and qualitative market analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with research and data science teams to refine strategies and improve execution.
- Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide feedback to optimize trading strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with market structure, regulatory developments, and emerging crypto trends.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (advanced degree is a plus, but not required).
- 2+ years of trading experience (crypto, equities, FX, or derivatives).
- Previous roles as a Blockchain Quant Researcher, Investment Analyst, or Trader with demonstrable trading impact.
- Proven experience building, deploying, and monitoring automated trading bots (Python preferred).
- Strong understanding of crypto markets, digital assets, and trading fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to process and act on large volumes of data in real time.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a strong team-player mindset.
- Highly competitive drive with the resilience to perform in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to work flexible or untraditional hours to align with market activity.

Bonus:

- Research contributions in areas such as Solana, Ethereum, or Layer-2 ecosystems.
- Familiarity with quantitative backtesting frameworks and machine learning techniques for financial data.
- Experience working with APIs, order book data, and liquidity analysis.
