**Mô tả công việc**: (Mức lương: Thỏa thuận) We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Social Media Executive who understands the Vietnamese market and is eager to contribute to the growth of 51Talk - a leading 1-on-1 online English learning platform for children aged 3 to 15. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to Vietnamese audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and identity. 2. Collaborate with KOLs/KOCs in the education sector, parenting communities.... influencers to run boosting campaigns that drive brand awareness and student acquisition. 3. Monitor social media trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to generate new content ideas and continuously refine content strategy. 4. Work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging posts, banners, short videos, and ads that inspire learning and resonate with local audiences. 5. Analyze the performance of social channels, generate weekly/monthly reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and conversion. 6.
