What You'll Do

Collaborate with a dynamic team of Product Manager, AI Engineers, Developers, and UX/UI Designers to deliver product increments using Agile/Scrum methodology. Your responsibilities will include:

- Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the product backlog and work closely with stakeholders to refine business requirements. Participate roadmap planning, sprint planning, feature refinement to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Customer Advocacy: Champion the needs, behaviors, and feedback of our customers. Ensure the product development process is centered around delivering maximum value to them.
- Strategic Communication: Define, visualize and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to AI Lab Managers. Provide progress updates and showcase new features that align with business goals, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

Additionally, you'll work with the Deputy Head of Business to conduct up-to-date research on market trends, competitors, and best practices in Generative AI. Your findings will support strategic initiatives and enhance the company's competencies. You'll also present research insights and project updates to senior management.
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years in business analysis, product ownership roles, or experience in consulting and technology sectors.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Creative and analytical approach to tackling problem-solving tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Skilled in performing User Acceptance Testing.
- A high degree of self-learning ability to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of AI.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
