Ai Engineers

Develop and maintain agentic systems using modern frameworks like Langchain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, etc
- Implement multi-agent systems with proper routing, orchestration, and state management
- Evaluate and optimize performance of AI agents to ensure reliability and effectiveness

AI Product Development:

- Work on various Filum AI projects including customer support automation, analytics intelligence, and test automation solutions
- Build scalable RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems with proper context management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows

Technical Implementation & Optimization:

- Master prompt engineering best practices including chain of thought, structured outputs, and context optimization
- Implement and manage embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search systems
- Build robust evaluation frameworks and observability systems to measure AI performance
- Optimize for latency, cost, and accuracy at scale using techniques like streaming, prompt caching, and batch processing
- Ensure AI agents and systems operate stably and efficiently in production environments

System Architecture & Integration:

- Design and implement comprehensive observability and tracing systems
- Integrate multiple AI models and manage model routing based on use case requirements
- Implement proper chunking strategies and semantic search for optimal context retrieval

Qualifications and SkillsRequired Technical Skills:

- Programming Proficiency: Expert-level coding in Python and JavaScript, with strong software engineering fundamentals
- AI Model Integration: Deep understanding of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), model parameters, and optimization techniques
- Prompt Engineering Excellence: Demonstrated mastery in crafting effective prompts, structured outputs, and chain of thought techniques
- RAG Implementation: Experience building retrieval systems, working with vector databases, and implementing semantic search
- Agent Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks
- Evaluation & Observability: Ability to build robust testing frameworks and implement comprehensive monitoring systems

Required Experience:

- Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- Understanding of AI model evaluation, performance optimization, and cost management techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with open-source model deployment and management (OLLAMA, Together.ai, Fireworks.ai)
- Knowledge of advanced RAG techniques including semantic chunking and query understanding
- Experience with observability tools like Langfuse, LangSmith, Gentrace, or Arize
- Understanding of embeddings, vector representations, and similarity search algorithms
