Accounting Clerk

GN's client is a 100% Japanese-invested company, specializing in the production of office automation equipment.
Location: Hoa Mac Industrial Park, Hoa Mac Ward, Duy Tien Town, Ha Nam Province
Shuttle bus from Hanoi and Nam Dinh is available
- Assist Chief Accountant and General Manager - Finance & Accounting (located in Japan) to prepare monthly and yearly financial statements following the Vietnam Accounting Standards.
- Handle accounting daily operation and all taxation issues.
- Input accounting transaction in our accounting software (FAST) both English & Vietnamese.
- Perform costing calculation. Summarizing and proposing cost optimization methods.
- Providing explanation to data, and submitting documents as well as reports to tax authorities and auditors
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping team and monitor all in/out transactions. - Responsible for all matters related to Accounts Receivable and Payables. - Support other team members in various areas of financial accounting functions and period-end closing tasks are required.
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Management.
- Handle accounting daily operations and all taxation issues.

**Requirements**:

- Education: University Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Holder of Certificate of Chief Accountant is an advantage (not a must).
- Language: can use English for work (MUST).
- Good knowledge in Vietnamese accounting systems and tax regulations, also using accounting software FAST.
- At least 4 - 6 years solid experience in factory accounting, EPE is preferable. - Knowledge of factory production accounting and inventory (raw materials, work-in-process and end products) management.

Salary budget: around VND **18 million ~ 22 million (gross)**
