- Accounting (70%)
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting for all arising transactions.
- Issue invoices on time and reconcile data with accounting records.
- Manage cash flow, perform banking transactions, bank account ledgers, and store documents as required.
- Process payroll for employees in Australia, ensuring compliance with Fair Work Act, tax obligations, and related employment laws.
- Organize and store accounting documents and transaction records systematically to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Compliance (30%)
- Draft, update, and manage contracts, agreements, memorandums, and legal documents in accordance with regulations.
- Support the preparation of legal documents for reporting to the tax authorities and government agencies in Australia.
- Collaborate with the HR department to resolve labor-related issues, labor disputes, and ensure legal compliance for employees (if applicable).
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

- University graduate, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related fields.
- Good English: IELTS 7.0, TOEIC 785 or equivalent.
- Proficient in office software and work support tools.
- Knowledge of corporate law and Australian financial regulations.
- Understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting processes in Australia.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Logical thinking ability.
- Proactive, responsible, and compliant with policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
