MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**Banquet-Related Tasks**:
Clean and organize banquet booking and revenue data.
Identify and correct missing, inconsistent, or duplicate entries.
Help maintain accurate banquet revenue reports.
Coordinate with Sales and Events teams to ensure data quality.
**General Revenue Support & Analytics**:
Assist in reporting key data and insights to Revenue Management stakeholders.
Provide technical and analytical support to help interpret data-driven performance insights (e.g., market share, pricing effectiveness, booking pace, segmentation trends).
Aggregate and summarize data across regions, brands, market segments, and hotel types.
Assist in deep-dive analysis that helps identify opportunities and support decision-making.

Hands-on experience in hotel revenue management across both rooms and banquet operations.
Practical skills in data cleaning, reporting, and analysis, using tools like Excel and dashboards.

A collaborative, low-pressure learning environment designed to support your growth.
**Allowance**: 2,000,000 VND/month.
**Working hours**: 44 hours/week.
Potential full-time employment opportunity after the internship if a suitable position is available.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
Detail-focused, organized, and curious about data.
Comfortable with Excel.
Basic understanding of hotel operations or revenue management is helpful—but not required.
Eager to learn and comfortable asking questions when unsure.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
