Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - ** Performance Analysis and Topline Enhancement**: Lead the analysis of SKU performance, evaluating key metrics such as lifecycle stage, commercial success, and inventory health. Identify key growth drivers to enhance topline and work closely cross-functionally for implementation.
- ** Profit & Loss and Business Metrics Oversight**: Provide actionable insights and develop strategic plans to improve bottom-line and other key business metrics.
- ** Product Development**: Spearhead product feature requests and enhancements, collaborating with local and regional product teams to define requirements, manage deployments, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and gather actionable feedback to refine product offerings.
- ** Cross-Functional Leadership**: Act as a liaison between Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams, aligning goals and driving cohesive, data-driven strategies. Foster collaboration to ensure organizational objectives are met and exceeded.

**Requirements**:

- 4 years+ in Consulting is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable business strategies.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
- High-level understanding of key business performance metrics and P&L management.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
