In charge of matters regarding Secondee/ Expats
Arrange apartment, cargo, transportation and related issue
Other related matters as assigned
Obtain licenses, permission (Work permit, Visa.)
Manage matters related to legal, regulations and compliance administration
Corporate and assist issue of enterprise and commercial registrations
Matters regarding compliance consultations and advisories
Handle affairs regarding company lawsuits and other legal matters
Other matters pertaining to legal administration and special executive orders
Store and manage official company licenses, corporate and director seals
Management of contracts and agreements (including confidential documents)
Arrange the Board of Management Meeting and other important meetings
In charge of corporation for internal and third-party audit matters, survey, report to Tokyo Headquarter
Administer and manage matter related to Internal Control Regulation (ICR) & ISO Standard.
In charges of minutes and other relevant documents
In charge of matters pertaining to budget, expenses and payment
Collect, check legal invoice with supporting docs for all expenses
Make the monthly budget report of Admin division.
Administer and make report of company utility bills and other costs
Control the usage of company service and costs
Procurement issue
In charge of company procurement issue.
Manage & control the company’s assets & equipment: periodical physical check, inventory, coding, file recording management & disposals
Other related tasks
Admin and General Affairs (GA) tasks
Arrange the meeting room schedule
Affairs regarding Tet gifts
Keep track and proceed all post of office lease and contract matter including manage leased property and relocation (including construction and fit out issue)
General affairs regarding company events (Anniversary, X-mas & Year-end party, Team building)
Relations with relevant government agencies
Other general affairs
Affairs regarding disaster & disease prevention & protection
Affairs regarding biz trip for Expats and staffs
Provide the office supplies & beverage stuffs
Receive, send, collect and distribute correspondence & office supplies
Supervise and control the security and hygiene issues of company
Assistant to General Director:
Support Operation tasks such as: prepare/ check/ translate reports/ call scripts/ related documents as required
Cooperate with other Departments to handle arising Operation issues
Other tasks as assigned by GD
