About the Role:
Your main responsibilities will include:

- Daily Shop Visits: Visiting an assigned list of retail shops and points of sale.
- Order Collection: Efficiently collecting daily sales orders from existing customers.
- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with shop owners and staff.
- Product Placement & Merchandising: Ensuring our products are well-displayed and stocked.
- New Account Acquisition: Identifying and onboarding new retail partners to expand our reach.
- Market Feedback: Gathering valuable insights on market trends and competitor activities.
- Target Achievement: Consistently working towards and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: Proven experience in a field sales, merchandising, or direct sales role, ideally within FMCG or retail.
- Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the geography and retail landscape of Ho Chi Minh City.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Vietnamese (basic English is a plus).
- Sales Driven: A self-starter with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Customer Focus: Passionate about building relationships and providing excellent service.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid motorbike license and own a reliable motorbike for daily travel.
- Technical Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for order entry and reporting.
