The Sales Management Trainee program is designed for young, high-potential individuals with a passion for sales and management. As a participant in this program, you will receive comprehensive training, from foundational to advanced skills, to become a future sales management expert.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies alongside sales specialists and managers.
Participate in hands-on sales activities, becoming familiar with customer approach and care processes.
Analyze sales data, assess and report results to help improve performance.
Work closely with other departments to ensure the best customer service and achieve common goals.
Take on special tasks and participate in projects to develop management skills.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
**Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and think logically.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
**2. Attributes**:
Dynamic, eager to learn, and proactive in work.
Resilient, able to work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
Team player with a collaborative spirit.
**3. Other Requirements**:
Willingness to travel or relocate if necessary.
Flexibility to work across various sales departments during the training period.
