REPORT TO : HEAD OF MARKETING

Job description

1. Daily Market Report: Prepare daily market reports.

2. Account Opening & Bond Participation Procedures: Assist with paperwork for opening securities accounts and primary bond participation for both individual and institutional investors. Guide clients in preparing the necessary documents. Prepare contracts for client signatures.

3. Daily Customer Support: Support, process, and care for customers daily, addressing transaction errors and guiding them on depositing and withdrawing money from their accounts.

4. Liaise with Banks for Foreign Clients: Contact banks for necessary procedures and documents for foreign clients regarding money transfers, unreceived bond interest, etc.

5. Monthly Statements for Institutional Clients: Provide monthly statements to accountants of institutional clients.

6. Monthly Marketing Department Transaction Fee Report: Compile and report monthly transaction fees for the Marketing Department.

7. Monthly Marketing Department Expense Summary: Summarize the Marketing Department's monthly expenses.

8. Presentation File & Brochure Support: Assist in preparing company presentation files and printing brochures when needed.

9. Bond Pricing & Website Update: Coordinate with the Prop Trading team to calculate the prices of bonds being offered and update them on the company website.

10. Website & Social Media Management: Manage and update information, and respond to customer messages on the company website and Asam's official social media pages (Facebook, Zalo).

11. New Bond Trading Partner Search: Support the search for new partners in bond trading (fund management companies, securities companies, insurance companies).

12. Other Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as required by supervisors.

1. Languages: Good command in English (writing and verbal)

2. Computer: Proficient in using computers (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

3. Can-do attitude & solving problem skills

Experience

1. Education: Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Marketing or related field

2. Minimum 1 year of experience with the similar position
