- Design and develop premium pastry and chocolate products, including plated desserts, bonbons, pralines, and artistic chocolate showpieces, aligned with the restaurant’s vision and aesthetic.
- Oversee daily pastry production, ensuring consistent excellence in flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards, fostering a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create visually stunning dessert presentations that elevate the dining experience and reflect the restaurant’s high standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, incorporating innovative techniques and ingredients to enhance the pastry and chocolate offerings.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pastry or chocolatier role within a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
- Advanced proficiency in chocolate tempering, sugar work, and modern pastry techniques.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a strong appreciation for aesthetic presentation.
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
