**Job description**:
**Ứng dụng và phát triển các giải pháp kỹ thuật**:

- Tiếp nhận, sắp xếp, phân loại mức độ ưu tiên yêu cầu của nội bộ, các phòng ban khác (Brand, kế toán, IT)
- Phân tích yêu cầu, đưa ra các giải pháp, workflow, kỹ thuật phù hợp, hiệu quả vận hành hệ thống và tối ưu hóa chi phí. (AI, proposal)
- Làm việc với đối tác cung cấp dịch vụ về Database, Test Case, SRS.
- Phối hợp BA phân tích báo giá từ đối tác về chi phí cho BE, FE, Tech Lead, Devops.
- Thực hiện test UAT, SIT với đối tác
- Quản trị App Loyalty hàng ngày, phát hiện và khắc phục bug.

**Cải tiến ứng dụng**:

- Tìm kiếm và đề xuất giải pháp công nghệ phù hợp với tình hình vận hành kinh doanh của ứng dụng.
- Chia sẻ với nội nội bộ team về các chủ đề tới kỹ thuật, công nghệ trong công việc.

**Công việc khác**
- Thực hiện các công việc do cấp trên giao

**Báo cáo**:

- Báo cáo kết quả các hoạt động ứng dụng định kỳ.
- Báo cáo kết quả các chương trình với cấp trên và các bộ phận liên quan định kỳ/khi có yêu cầu.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Cử nhân khoa học máy tính/ CNTT/ Các ngành công nghệ liên quan
- 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm Phân tích nghiệp vụ
- Có kỹ năng xử lý vấn đề, làm việc nhóm.
- Có kỹ năng phân tích và tư vấn duy trì, phát triển kỹ thuật, hạ tầng.
- Có kiên thức về BPMN để áp dụng vào các tài liệu URD, SRS,.
- Có kinh nhiệm sử dụng các tools Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, Draw.io,
- Có kiến thức tích hợp dữ liệu. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tham gia vào các dự án tích hợp dữ liệu qua API.
- Có kiến thức về domain CRM. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tham gia vào các dự án phát triển App Loyalty.
- Có kỹ năng phân tích số liệu và kiểm thử hệ thống. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng tham gia vào các dự án xử lý data. Thành thạo các công cụ truy vấn dữ liệu như SQL Server, mySQL,
- Cần thận tỉ mỉ trong công việc.
- Có tính cam kết cao trong công việc.
