MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Plan and implement tasks for the Front Office department.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to supervisors and staff.
Develop recruitment plans.
Develop training programs for staff.
Update room rates based on promotions and seasonal fluctuations.
Welcome VIP guests, group guests, and long-stay guests.
Assist staff in handling complex guest requests and complaints.
Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
