Join Our Team as a Multi-Media Designer at **CabinZero**

We seek a Multimedia Designer to retouch lifestyle photos, edit short and long-form content, and refine footage to meet project specifications. A Multi-Media Designer oversees multimedia content creation, working with text, video, audio, and graphics to ensure high quality across platforms. They collaborate with writers, producers, designers, and other creators to craft engaging media for a diverse audience.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Video & Photography Production**:

- Shoot, edit, create video ads for digital marketing, social media and internal use
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure video content aligns with brand goals
- Shooting high-quality photos of products, marketing materials for social media, websites, and promotional content
- Ensure photos are visually consistent with the brand’s aesthetics

**2. Graphic Design**:

- Design Digital content for Facebook Fanpage, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels
- Design Banners, Landing page for Website
- Create simple motion graphics for video content or social media

**3. Collaboration & Creative Input**:

- Work with the creative team to brainstorm ideas for video and graphic content, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Offer input on creative projects and actively contribute to improving the visual direction of campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Required Skills**:

- 1+ year of experience in multimedia design, video shooting and editing, product photography, or similar roles
- Proficiency in the English language
- Experienced with Adobe Suitesor anysimilar software for video, photo editing and graphic designing
- Ability to set up basic lighting and creatively arrange shots/compositions
- Experience in designing social media graphics, banners, and marketing materials
- Good teamwork spirit and a high sense of responsibility
- Good in image retouching skills, video editing is a must
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to embrace new ideas.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
- Excellent storytelling skills
- Growth mindset and quick learning

**BENEFITS**:

- We are starting with a salary of 12 - 18 million VND per month, depending on experience, and a 13th-month salary.
